When the item ships, there should be an update with tracking information. This process may take a few days before the information updates. If not, contact us with your order number and we will square it away!

We accept all major credit cards as well as the Shopify Payments system (including PayPal).

No cash, checks, COD, or other forms of payment accepted.

When we (eventually) go to conventions or other IRL events, we will always accept cash or card there!

International sales are available, though do please keep in mind that shipping costs may be greater.

Moe Mil Shop is not liable for any added customs fees or duties beyond standard shipping and handling charges, those fees are at the sole responsibility of the buyer to their respective authorities.

We are always on the look out to make shipping costs cheaper, but sadly many things are out of our control in this crazy world we have right now.

As a attempt to help lessen the costs of shipping, international buyers who spend $39.99 USD or more may be eligible for the Millie Plan (which brings those customers reduced, flat rate international USPS shipping)!

All Moe Mil Shop orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement (barring holidays, weather, or other events.)

Orders may be shipped by the end of the day same day if ordered before 12pm noon Central Standard Time (weekdays only).

Our main shipping, domestic and international, is done through the United States Postal Service (USPS). *As of 2/11/25, we now also offer United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping options as well for larger items the domestic U.S!

International orders may take upwards of 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Any customs fees/tariffs/duties are to be paid by the buyer, so be warned that the price you pay to us may not the final price you pay overall for your order! We will try and reach out via email if there is further fees to be paid.
