A throwback to those days of the GWOT era, these brand-new in packagingUniversal Camouflage Pattern (UCP) Combat Lifesaver (CLS) packs are a great way to store items that might not fit in an IFAK, but you don't want a full backpack/combat pack either. Used by Combat Lifesavers, they would put their medical equipment in these packs to provide intermediate first aid for combat casualties until they could be evacuated to a safer location.
The packs come with a set of straps to help you attach it to whatever gear you may have.
And if you are one of the many people who don't like UCP, there's plenty of guides on how to dye them yourself into much more pleasing colors! We personally like the aesthetic even if it was proven to be less than useful in the field after... way too long.
